Looking to get the 3in RC level kit. Currently have the 1.75 level from RC, but recently put 1.5in lifted shackles in the rear. As you can imagine, it has a significant rake back to it. I’m looking to level it a bit with the 3in kit. Have a friend who is adamant that I’ll need new UCAs, but I’ve seen plenty of folks with this kit and OEM UCAs. Thoughts?

OME Nitrocharger/2612 (front), Bilstein 5100s (rear). Vanguard roll bar modified (by me) to fit over Patriot Stealth retractable tonneau. Aftermarket halo headlights with HID, various LED bulb replacements. 17" Fuel Blitz wheels with some 33" Nitto terra grapplers. Hoodscoop, nfab nerfbars, Bushwacker flares. No-name aftermarket grille, led fender extensions. Black Horse bambi-basher. Various offroad lights.
3" seems to be about the threshold for changing. From what I've seen posted you should be fine. Each Tundie is it's own beast though. My OME suspension lifted my front end 3-3.5 inches and I've had no issues.

I have a 2" mamoth space lift in the front, post up a pic of your current set up - curious to see how different it actually looks...if any!

Here's how mine sits. I have RAS in the rear for about 1" rear lift. Still has similar factory rake.

I started with the 3" front spacer kit and recently swapped to Bilsein 5100's and Eibach +2.5" springs up front.
Total lift is/was exactly 3" and the upper arms will barely allow proper alignment.
Caster will never be correct, but is tolerable.
Out of spec caster will also not eat rubber like camber or toe adjustments will.

I have the RC 3" leveling kit on mine with stock uca's, make sure to watch the rubber brake lines cuz when I put it on a lift they were really stretched out.. All I did was bend the brackets down, also yeah it was hard to get the alignment within decent specs..
