Hello together, first of all I have to explain my situation. I am a German who lives in South America, Paraguay, so please don't worry about any laws that you have in the United States.
Here nobody cares about what you are doing with you car and we don't have to pass any inspection.
I love the Tundras and until now y own three. Two 2007 and one 2008 all 5.7 4x4
They are barley rare here and I can't buy any parts here even not in the dealership. I have to bring every part by air cargo.
Now here's my problem. The catalytic converters where stolen (or sold by a previous owner) on all my Tundras. They were cut open and cleared out. That's very common here... Now I am struggling with the situation and try to find a solution for the problem P0420, P0430 and bad MPG.

I know there are so many threads about it and I have read so much but now I want you to ask what really helped you in your own experience.

I already tried different non foulers but they don't work except in one tundra in which I only get P0430 now.
I was thinking about to order aftermarket converters but y read that they even don't work.

So please be kind (I learned English in school but this was 35 years ago;-)

Why don't you just put straight pipes?

    Hi Ryan, thanks for responding!
That is what I was looking for. Just a pipe without the converters but I found nothing. I think it’s for the laws in the US.

    Hi Joe, thank you.
I read this ones and so many others.I will contact @dirtydeeds and see if he can help me.
Yesterday I've ordered the defoulers wit 90 degrees and some straight with a mini cat to see if they will work.
I have to wait about 14 days to get every single part to bring it to Paraguay... Try and error takes a long time (and every Kilo costs me 25$) and it's not possible to send anything back, therefore I have to think twice before ordering something ;-)

I had one of my cats go bad on my 2008 Tundra 5.7 and i replaced it with one from Walker Exhaust. It worked great for the next several years until I sold the truck and only cost about $325. Even if it throws a code after a couple of years it should still drive fine.

    Thanks for your feedback.
I found a guy who is working with HPTuner and he solved my problems, after all I tried and until now (one week ago) it works fine.
