2012 Tundra CM Grade

Powder Coated Bumpers, 20" Mayhem Warrior Wheels, Front Grill, Step Bars, Evo1 Remote Start, Auto Up Window Module, Nitto 275-55-R20

I have a 2012 grade model that does not have the turn signal in the side mirrors, but I was curious now that I've started to learn that a lot of Tundras are all wired the same but just do not include the final component to make functions work. Is there any way to verify if I could just buy a replacement mirror glass with turn signals and that they will work?

Looking at this but don't know if the housing would even be the same. Thanks for any information
