    Fun fact time:
(Definitely fact check all of this)
Ethanol was sold as reducing carbon emissions. And, in fact, it does.
However,....the amount of carbon released from the ground when tilled to grow corn, not to mention the forest that was cleared, which soaked up metric fuk tons of carbon, would take something like 60 yrs for the reduction in carbon emissions from ethanol use, to break even with the amount released from creating farm land to grow the corn to make the ethanol.
It's almost like we just shouldn't bother clearing the land and growing the corn in the first place?
    :duh:

Since the weather shifted to decent around back in May/early June, this it what I've noticed:
(Not really something I kept tabs on before, but since I've been paying attention lately...)
The biggest retard punk douche pickup drivers on the road are in RAM 1500s. Typically 30ish yrs old with douchebag, please punch me in face sunglasses on.
At least from the glimpses I've caught, most seem in that age range.
I'd say 2nd place goes to older Chevys.
Surprising, if I had to make a blind guess, I might've said Ford woulda placed in the top 2.
Anyone else been paying attention longer?
Has the RAM 1500 been the top choice for twat waffles for a while now?

What if we were going to grow the corn anyway?

    Burning ethanol also increases smog.

I know someone on here has gone on at length about how much of a douchebag you need to be to drive a Ram but I can't remember who for sure now. Was it @IowaGuy?

I can't think of a good reason to grow as much corn as we do, as it is. It definitely doesn't make sense to clear even more land and grow even more of it for making ethanol, if the goal is to reduce carbon emissions.

Yeah, not saying all RAM drivers are douches, but it sure seems like douches have an attraction to them. Could also be a regional thing. Maybe in other parts the mouth breathers like another brand. I dunno.

    Holding back so many comments...

On a separate note, I had to do it finally. I had to rejoin the Google Cult. Apple Maps put my family at risk on Saturday and that was the final straw. So new Google account created and all my destinations moved over. If I had the ability to talk to the Apple Maps product manager I'd be so enraged I couldn't talk. I'd probably just jump up on their desk and take a giant shit.

Reminds me of my college roommate. I got home from class one day and there's a giant deuce floating in the toilet. So I proceeded to chew him out and then ask why there wasn't any toilet paper in the bowl. He said "I decided to take a shower instead". Shaking off that stupid logic, I asked him if he'd taken a shower. He said "No". o_O

I had an issue today as well with navigation apps but nothing near as severe as whatever caused you to want to weaponize poop. Since I often find myself without cell service I take advantage of the feature in Google maps where you can download offline maps so you can get directions even if you don't have service. I downloaded all of Wisconsin Michigan Minnesota and Illinois. There is one issue though. You have to periodically update the downloaded maps or they expire and then you can't have offline directions. They have an option to auto update your offline maps but it says it only updates the ones you often use which defeats the purpose of offline maps because they are for just in case, they won't be used constantly so the only other option is to manually update and I forgot to do so. Hit home when I was done exploring Michigan today and it didn't do anything. Not a huge deal because I pretty much knew where I was at and at worst would just have to drive until I get service but still annoying nonetheless.
