Barcelona Red! I had a Corolla in that color and later traded it in for a Tacoma in the same. Very eye catching when clean

Read your 10 year warranty very carefully before you put a 6" lift on your ride, that will likely kill a lot of that extended warranty you paid for, same goes for Tire and wheel coverage if you get 37's which likely won't be covered anymore either (assuming you'll probably have to go with a custom offset wheel to fit something like a 12.5" wide tire that or a wheel spacer). Also 6" seems excessive, I believe many members have fit 37's with the TRD factory 3" lift with a little trimming in the wheel wells and bonus is it still rides like factory. Think I've even seen people put 35's with no lift, I keep it basically stock size so not entirely sure there. Congrats on the truck just be carful not to void the warranties you paid extra for. Search around the forum all the items your looking for advice on have been discussed to death. I like to click on the "More" option in the search and then you can select to only search in the 3ed gens and it keeps the noise out from the 1st and 2ng gens.

I think you're right about the lifts/ tire sizes. I spoke with a truck shop near me and they said don't do anything bigger than a 3" lift for 1, don't need it, and 2, there isn't good options available for 6 inch and above. He steered me away from Rough Country 6 inch lift saying that the components used are really only good for 20-40k miles. I plan on having for at least 10 years so...I think 35's and a 3 inch Westcott lift is what I'm going to do. Also get to keep a 35" spare underneath with a little fanageling.

Go with the TRD lift if longevity is your concern. Buy once cry once.

@Dandanthetundraman....Yes what @DFS said and if its done at the dealership...warranty is still good too. The TRD 3" lift is a proper lift with all the components needed and you should have zero issues with it and even if you do its under warranty. If you want to ruin the truck go with Rough Country.

Another vote for the TRD lift. Did it to mine and 35x12.50s. Get complements from everyone that rides in it on how well it rides. Plus full warranty.

So the dealership didn't have an issue with the 35s and honoring the warranty?

If there is a problem, I will just get the 285/65/20's . I really don't care about If the width is 11.2 instead of 12.5. It clearly states on Toyota's website that that's the largest approved size. Either way, it will look way better and be more capable.

Where are you seeing that on a website? Just curious if there is some hidey hole of info on what is acceptable. The TRD Pro has 285/65/18, which is a 18" rim and not a 20" rim and comes out to exactly the same size height wise as 265/60/20?

Funny they recommend OEM wheels and tires but then say if you go bigger than 285/65/20 you will rub....we aren't saying you can't go bigger but we also aren't saying you can. Thanks for sharing!
