Hey y'all, took my truck into the local 4x4 shop to have them re-torque my lift, balance my wheels and do an alignment. I noticed some vibration at highway speeds and figured I may as well have them check everything.

Talked to the tech after picking the truck up and he said the alignment was a bit off but the tires were definitely missing some weights. I've only driven home from the shop so far (~20 minutes) but it seems like it's driving great.

I checked the sheet they gave me when I got home and on the top of the sheet, it looks like they used specs for the 2020 Tundra. I'm illiterate when it comes to alignment stuff.. Is this ok? I saw the thread with updated alignment specs for the 22 but I'm not sure how this compares with a 3" RC lift and neg offset wheels/wider tires.

TLDR: looking for a sanity check on the alignment numbers I got from the 4x4 shop.

Nothing looks terrible before, or after honestly. Doesn't look like anything was changed. The minute changes to toe could be from tightening the jam nut.

Everything should be all good, don't worry about the 2020 tundra thing. Some machines don't have the info for the 2022+ loaded yet. That just allows the technician to get the machine to the state where they can make adjustments.

Thanks, that's great to hear! The shop I took it to has a good reputation but I figured it can't hurt to double check with the folks on here

just watch the PSI and wear on your tires super close, that will tell you and also if you pull to a side at all or have any vibs at certain speeds.

Will do. I have 33x12.5x22 Ridge grapplers and the PSI calculators online say I need to run at 72psi to match the factory tires but the max inflation on the sidewall is 80. I've been running 55psi to split the difference, do you think that's ok? I haven't noticed any uneven wear but the truck only has 7k miles

Ya shit you don’t need anywhere near 72 lol, that’s for bigger trucks with high load capacity on load e, like 3/4 ton and up

If you’re happy with the ride at 55 leave it and watch but you could go even lower easy while empty , I used to run 43 load e and always had even wear. Don’t go down to the factory bs with load e though , you’ll melt the edges . Stay over 40 bare min

I’m a p rated guy now though lol, no more harsher ride etc, guess I’m getting old , ha!

    good luck
