My son is a Scout. I think it'd be most convenient for You to drop them off local to you. But if you don't mind shipping, of course we'll be happy to see they are property retired. You may still have my address; if not, lmk if you want to go this route and I'll pm it to you. :oldglory:

I still have your address, I'll get them to you this week.
I'll also include a Texas flag and y'all can properly dispose of it for me as well..

    Thank you...

Uh. I'm not sure any Californian is authorized to despise edit: I wrote 'dispose'. My auto correct, not I, maybe has a negative view of the Big state if a Texas flag-? ;)

    I'll look into that. Anyone?

And, I'm happy to help with those old glories.

I could ask my son about proper procedure. He was a Ceremonial Guard that did the flags at places like the White House and Arlington cemetery.

Made a small batch of jerky today to take on our camping trip next week. Funny thing is that I usually set the smoker to about 165, but got a late start at about 10:45 AM and it was already so damn hot out that it only took about 2 minutes for the smoker to come up to temp.

I actually prefer the neighbors toilet because then I don't have to smell it after I'm done.

My son, I don’t think most kids, like pooping in the vaulted toilet while camping. So I made a sweet poop chair that can be deployed anywhere, any time. The views can really lock you in sometimes while your shitting there.

Nope. The opposite. I know several Texans and most of 'em would cringe to know a flag of that great state was relegated to California for dispatch. But, as an upstanding and patriotic American, I'll figure out what is required to dispatch it. I'm hoping I don't discover that I (or my son's troop) ain't among the chosen.

Edit: Ah, I see what you mean. Not my Freudian slip; a typo. I went back and edited. Can't be having all'o'y'all Texans raisin' pitchforks when I come visit'n.
