I've been having a weird electrical problem with me 2020 Crewmax Platinum. This past weekend I washed my truck then pulled it into the garage to detail the inside. After I was done detailing the inside I started up the truck to check my tire pressure. Once I had check the tire pressure I shut the truck off and the truck went completely dead. I would not start again. I checked the battery and it was good. Got back in the truck and it started right up. The next day when I got to work and parked the truck did the same thing. Turned off and went completely dead. Waited a couple minutes and it started up just fine.
This has happen one or two other times but it was when I was using remote start. I remote started the truck went out to leave and the truck shut off and was completely dead. Waited a couple minutes and it started right up. Anyone else experience this problem or have any ideas what it could be?

Check battery terminals and see if they're loose, if I'm understanding correctly. It appears you use your remote start pretty often, so I'd check that battery or replace it as it may be losing connection with the immobilizer and killing your engine. This would be my best guess.

Battery is brand new and the connectors are clean and I did check the connection on them and they were all tight. I don’t use remote start that often. Only on really cold days in the winter.

Can you describe more of what is off/on when this happens? You are able to unlock the truck, when you get in is everything dark light the battery is not connected? Need to really isolate what is working vs what stops working when this occurs.

What is the status of things like:
    Insturment Cluster
    Radio
    AC control panel
    Headlights
    ect.

Knowing which of these systems continues to work vs which doesn't can really help.

What is it like when it starts working again and comes back? Is it an instant power up like someone just hooked the battery back up?

So I’ll get in the truck start it up, everything works, drive to work and go to turn the truck off(2020 push start) and the whole thing goes dead, nothing works at all! All the interior lights, instrument cluster, everything is dead. Wait the minute or two and the car starts right up. The radio turns on and acts like the battery was unplugged. The AC controls reset and go back to 74 degrees.

I would be looking at the power wire coming in from the engine fuse box to power all of the interior. Sounds like everything in your interior is going dark with the radio and AC controls resetting, they are completely loosing power.

If I remember correctly there is a large cable that comes from the engine fuse box through the firewall and into the back of the body control module. This is the main power line for the interior.
