Looking for experienced opinion for bigger brakes. I typically drive past the suggested posted speed limit. However others in 5:00 traffic highly disagree. Any suggestions? Definitely doing crossed drilled and slotted rotors with at least a 4 piston caliper. I see google pricing from 200 to 500 ish then jump 3,000.

Big brake kits are really really really overkill unless you're doing track days or towing 10k+.

Stainless steel brake hoses, dimpled/slotted cryo-treated rotors, and grippy pads like the EBC yellow, these things will up your braking game dramatically, and the stainless lines will prevent fade from heat.

around $500 is only rotors and pads. The real big brake kits start from 3k with bigger brake rotors and brackets . Other factors with big brake kits are wheel clearance with the calipers and master cylinder volume vs brakes caliper piston volume. If caliper pistons volume is bigger, you will have to push brake paddle further, which is an ill effect for brakes
