RCI Off-Road is searching for a new Brand President; to be based at our headquarters in Loveland, Colorado.As the Brand President of RCI Off Road, you will be responsible for providing visionary leadership and strategic direction to drive the growth and success of the brand. You will oversee all aspects of the brand's operations, including sales, operations, product development, and customer experience. This is an executive-level position that requires a strong understanding of the off-road industry, exceptional leadership abilities, and a proven track record of delivering results.Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives. Drive innovation, identify market opportunities, and ensure the brand remains competitive in the off-road industry.
   
   
2. Team Leadership and Development: Build and lead a high-performing team, providing mentorship and guidance to drive individual and collective success. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork, creativity, and a strong commitment to the brand's mission.
   
   
3. Operational Excellence: Establish and maintain effective operational processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and quality in all brand operations. Monitor key performance indicators, analyze data, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence.
   
   
4. Product Development and Innovation: Work closely with the product development team to drive innovation and ensure the brand's offerings meet customer needs and preferences. Monitor market trends, conduct competitive analysis, and identify opportunities for product portfolio expansion.
   
   
5. Customer Experience: Champion a customer-centric approach throughout the organization. Ensure exceptional customer experiences by maintaining high standards of service, resolving customer issues promptly, and continuously improving customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Proven track record of executive leadership in the off-road industry or a related field.
  
  
• Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and drive innovative solutions.
  
  
• Strong operating and manufacturing expertise, with a proven track record of driving efficiency.
  
  
• Excellent leadership abilities, with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
  
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  
  
• Proven experience in driving product development and innovation.
  
  
• Financial acumen and experience in managing budgets.
  
  
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations, marketing, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).

But I did pass it on to a good friend of mine that ran product development at Magnaflow up until recently, maybe he'll be interested.

 

I have been looking to move up in that area but where is not definite as of yet. I have never been in that position before and my background does nothing for me to get that job
