What's your latest purchase?

Picked up some funny looking mufflers off marketplace. Never heard of these but they caught my attention. 3” in/3” out.
Just gonna throw them on after my carven-r mufflers.

 

Not yet, but for $100 this is on my short list...

 

If you know, how do the pliers compare with this GearWrench set:

The pliers linked look like push pin pliers. Here’s a photo of my push pins

They definitely have a slightly sharper edge at the end compared to the new Japanese version which is flat and has a knurl type finish for grip. They also have an offset for fatter connectors to get around them which the gearwrench versions don’t seem to have

Would the gearwrenchs work at removing connectors? Probably. But not sure that was the intention for them. This is just my novice tool experience speaking

and then just got a deal on 4 1911 mags

 

Picked up a Weber grill off FB marketplace for $100, included 2 propane tanks, a craftsman weed eater, and a cooler on a stand. Grill needed new burner tubes, flavorizor bars and upper rack, so $130 from Amazon and it is running great.

Sounds like bad customer service to me.

 

I have the same grill. I saw one at my dump the other day that was in excellent shape. If just needed the NG to LP kit. It probably went in the scrap metal bin even after I told the dump dude it was a $1000 grill.

Edit: Mines slightly different. The side burner is on the right and the knobs are all on the front.

 

Picked up a switch for my son. Came with everything it does when bought new, plus 2 extra side controllers with a charging station for them, steering wheel, and super smash bros for $150! Feel like I stole it!!
