Hey Guys, I installed a 2" spacer level kit this weekend and took my truck in for an alignment as the both tires were visibly out. The paperwork they gave me shows most things in the "green" or positive but visually my tires look slanted outwards and toed in. I marked my cams prior to taking it in and they're still in the same spot.

Also the SAI angle is supposed to be around 13° and I'm reading 15 on one side and 17 on the other.

Anybody have experience with this stuff?

I’d wonder my happy ass back to the shop and have them explain the numbers to me with a description of what specific adjustments were made. Keep the marked LCA cam bolts under your hat till after they tell you their side. If you don’t agree with or don’t understand what they’re telling you, have them elaborate.

My bet is they’ll gladly put it back on the rack if they agree that anything may have been missed when they did you alignment.

Good call. I'm having a different shop do a quick visual, prior to taking it back to the original shop, to confirm that both tires appear toed in. Then I guess we'll see how round 2 goes.

    Thanks.

In my experience, most shops are totally interested in making sure you’re in good shape when they’re done. Their name is on the work and they want to keep you coming back.

We’ve all got employees that may not put as much thought or effort into things as much as others, so it’s definitely plausible that they just didn’t so their best. I’d give the owner or manager the opportunity to check the work that was done and confirm you’re squared away.
