    Any you guys go fully locked with a spool trying to find one but not having any luck. Trying to look at other 10.5" rear ends ford/Chevy but all seem to have diffrent bolt patters

    Haven't heard of a spool for the tundra. Just weld the diff :D

    I think your only option is an air or E locker if you want something more than limited slip. I guess you could call up a company like USA Standard Gear or Nitro and ask how much they would charge to make one. They should be able to, it just might cost more than the options already available.

    Does anyone have some detailed specs on the gear size and carrier size, number of ring gear bolts?

    OS-Giken Superlockers are available for many Toyotas but I don't see our Tundra listed.

    There plenty less expensive lockers out there from US distributors.
