2018 SR-5 CM 5.7, 2000 SR-5 AC 4.7L

2000 SR5 AC 4.7 2WD 240k. Threw this code this afternoon. Visual inspection unremarkable. Pulled MAFS and cleaned it with mass air flow sensor cleaner. Sprayed TB with throttle body cleaner and wiped with rag while install. Cleared code with scanner. CEL light off. Drove around town and after three local trips CEL illuminated again and code won’t clear.
