You probably have little recourse at this point beyond contacting them or suing for reimbursement. You're way outside what I've seen for any card's dispute timeframe. Try to contact them and get your refund. Take all the documentation for this you have (emails, pictures, etc.) and go scorched earth on reviews/social media. It's about all you have left after so much time has gone by. I'm sure anyone considering buying appreciates the warning on here.
