I've had 20" wheels and P275/55r20 tires on my Tundra for just over a year now and I'm extremely happy with them for my case. 99% highway miles, occasional Midwestern gravel road, no offroading.

-I average 19-20mpg on my current 70 mile round trip commute doing 55-65 MPH. Stock 18's and P275/65r18 were basically identical here.
-Handles corners noticeably better than an 18" wheel and P275/65r18, less sidewall deflection. It's still not even close to being "sporty", but it's an improvement.
-Not as soft over bumps as the 18", but still more comfortable than an 18" wheel and an LT tire.

Quiet, comfortable, gets respectable gas mileage for a 6000lb V8 truck and an extra tall bed canopy.
