Memory card/MP3 issues?

Hello all ive had my truck for a few weeks but the Memory card/MP3 issue is killing me. I have alot of music and only maybe half is syncing up.

512 gb micro SD card formatted to fat32. I have A-Z folders. Then particular band folders inside that. Then a folder of each album for each band inside the Band folder.

I think i may have too many folders?

A-F seem fine but bands that load after are very spotty....
