Did you want to give us any details on the truck? Year, cab type, engine, whether 2WD/4WD? Or just publish it in your profile under 'short vehicle description' or whatever so people can just look under your name to see it.

Can't help you if you can't help us.

Also, any codes present/check engine light? Got any details on the maintenance history for spark plugs and/or if you changed the spark plugs (or coils) at some point, which part# was used and where you bought them from?

Easiest 1st step is to check/replace spark plugs and air filter.

What year is your truck? Maybe take a look at the throttle body cable. If you tighten that it (the nut further up from the finger in the pic), you might get a better response when you push the pedal.

The throttle body itself can get really gunked up, depending on how many miles you have. Pull off the big, plastic tube that covers the hole above and see what kind of condition it's in.
