Soft brake peddle after engine start

    2010 Red Tundra
    My 2010 Tundra has 145,000 miles. I replaced rotors, calipers and pads. Bled the brakes 3 times. Brake peddle seems normal until I start the engine. After engine start the brake peddle is soft and goes to the floor. No amount of pumping helps. After turning the engine off, the peddle goes to the floor once and then acts normal. Brakes worked fine before brake job. Any ideas?
