Any codes, either "set" or "pending"?

Whatever you do, DO NOT replace the fuel filter, it is NOT the fuel filter. It is NEVER the fuel filter.

It could be the fuel pump, a coil, the MAF, or anything related to fuel/air/ignition. I mean, there's a number of other things also.

If you replace anything, DO NOT buy electronic parts for these trucks on scAmazon, fleaBay, or wallyWorld, huge source of counterfeits. Stick with Toyota brands: Toyota, Aisin, Denso. There are very few exceptions to this rule.

I checked my plugs on driver side.
    Problem started after that.
    I want to buy plugs.
Internet shows plug w/ one side electrode.
My truck has DENSO K16TR11. They have 2 side electrodes. I was going to order plugs and wires from RockAuto.. ty for the warning about counterfeits. I saw that on a few post. I will look for your reply...before I buy plugs wires

Your V6 "requires" the dual Electrode plugs. Make sure to stick with that.

I can't see the electrode, but based on the condition of the body of the plug, those plugs look like they've got at least 80k-100k miles. I'd totally start by updating the plugs. And realistically, NGK plugs you get at your local auto parts store are great, but heed what @NickB_01TRD mentioned about your V6. Your owners manual will give you the correct part number to buy, multiple manufacturers will make their compatible version, NGK just happens to make f/n awesome plugs.

Just make sure they're the correct gap. Rock Auto, O'Reilly's, Auto Zone, etc, will give you a ton of options that "fit", but don't always have the correct gap.
