    I had to replace the 3 screws #4-40 x 1/2 that came with the clamp for #4-40 x 5/8 to make work with the vent rings.

    Yes, I can't rotate the vent. I have it facing the driver side. I can open the vent, but I can't completely close it...Since I never close my air vent it doesn't bother me at all.
