Love my new to me 21 SR5 with features important to me - BSM, RCTA, etc. at first I was not a fan of my steel wheels but after pricing OEM upgrades, I like them a little more. With this forum I have seen some of the modifications made on factory steels - very impressed.

    Too many, but not enough....
I'm rocking SR5 steelies too. Love that they are tough as nails and because people can't even give them away, I can replace one for less than 100 bucks. I just thrash em offroad and don't think twice like I would with 2000 dollar aftermarket wheels

Heck yeah in the current Offerup/etc. market steelies are essentially free (possibly with free tires too). Although this will eventually dry up with the 2022+ Grand Taco replacing the Tundra. The OEM alloy can usually be bought for 200$ in my experience (have gotten two sets for that price as well as 200$ for 4runner OEM alloys) and saves 7lbs in weight. Tundras/4Runners/Tacomas are lucky that people often immediately replace the wheels. The steelies use a different angled TPMS sensor so the senors are often "free" with the rims, whereas you'll just see the bare bones alloy versions with no sensors since they are reused in that persons new wheels. Duplicolor on the steelies looks good too for 2x10$ cans.

Another thing to watch out for is people put the steel lug nuts on the alloys and alloy lug nuts on the steel wheels with not good results haha. The lug nuts have different torque specs too, most shops mistakenly put the steel lug nuts at 100lbs but should be 154lbs.
