    I broke a gear trying to put the servo assembly back onto the AC assembly. Didnt have the gears synced and broke when I cycled it. Can't find a replacement on ebay or elsewhere. Any help is appreciated

    I will be replacing my servo assembly next week. I have the HVAC delay at start up and no cold air on the passenger side. Looks like a real pain to get to…

    Did you ever find a solution? I'm in a similar situation in that the lower arm/gear in your photo is broken. I'm considering the potential to 3D print it, but that will be a lot of work for me as a 3D printing noob.
