As the title states, any ideas? I have re-set with the power\1 channel key and nothing. Steering wheel and manual adjustment do nothing. Disconnect battery for a while?

I assume we are talking about the stock radio right? Or is this an android radio? If it is stock what year? Is it JBL or non JBL? Is it a NAV radio? One thing you can try is flash it with the latest firmware and see if that helps. If you have Techstream or a good OBDII diagnostic tool you can go into the can bus and see if there are any paramotors that got corrupted. You should probably make sure that all plugs are fully seated and that no wires have been damaged. If it is a stock radio and you can't get it fixed and you would like to keep everything stock I have a working Non/JBL NAV radio with XM in perfect condition that I removed from my 2019 that I could sell you for cheap but honestly I think the factory head unit is sub par and would suggest an aftermarket upgrade.

If by chance you have an android head unit with no volume try doing a factory reset.

Sorry, need to be much more descriptive when describing issues. I ended up doing the flash drive down load. Took some time but the problem is corrected. Thank you all.

So the firmware flash corrected the problem then? Cool. Glad to hear it.
