Noise coming from left side of dash @ 45-60 mph...

2022 SRS Crew Max 6.5 4x4

I have a 22 SR5 crew max 4x4 with the analog gauge package that has 14,000 miles on it and has been flawless up to this point. For the last 2000 miles I've heard this oscillating noise that comes from the left side of the dash but only between 45-60 mph. Stereo volume has no effect, pushing and holding anywhere on the dash or the drivers door panel has zero effect as well. Below 45 and above 60 it's quiet, the only thing that isn't stock is I put all terrain tires on it but that was done day 1.

Anyone else had something like this?
