Third cup holder

Not sure what to call it but what do you guys put in the third cup holder or storage circle at the front of the center console? It seems like a waste of space.

Gum holder. Once the gum is gone, either replace it, or use the empty cup as a closeable trash can.

It mostly stays empty. At work I’ll throw work keys in there as to not have them sliding around in the long “cubby” immediately to the right of the cup holders. Speaking of, I need to make a separate thread about what that is used for lol.

a side note regarding the coin cups…….in my first 2.5 gen I used to keep change in there. It was pretty full too. When my wife and I were t-boned there were 2 things flying around the cab of that truck. Cuss words and change. Now I have coins in the organizer at the bottom of the center ice chest.

 

Was it spring loaded like the one I posted and have or is it the other loose one posted?
I can't see the spring loaded one (and hope not) doing that, if so I'll remove mine.

LOL! for real man, the rules here and the admins are a bit extensive. Time for an update on the policy. Too many pointless restrictions. I was temp banned for posting an item for sale like 3 days before my month membership here. Extremely active also. Quarters and gum holster as mentioned above. The indoor pressure-washer car wash place used to take quarters to spray the salt slurry off the truck in the winter, but now it's only the Washington and Lincoln brothers. At least the big shop vacs out back still take quarters.

Now if I start stacking too many quarters so the gum holster starts tipping over I know it's time to vacuum the truck. It's like a service reminder.
