2006 Tundra Limited Crewcab

I have a 2006 Tundra that I bought a few months ago (in the winter). I'm trying to get the A/C system working. The heater works so I have not bothered to check the heater relay. I was able to power the A/C clutch and get it to engage, I have 30psi of refrigerant and jumped the pressure switch and could not get the clutch to engage on its own. The A/C light is blinking....
