14 inch Screen went blank

After just 300 miles, my 14 inch screen went blank except for the camera displays. I'm at the dealership and they have called Toyota for assistance with no avail. I'll let you know what the fix is hoping there is one.

 

Mine is currently being replaced (entire assembly) as I write this. I had intermittent screen outages, flickering, and pixelated display. I’ve got another thread on this and will report back with findings. Good luck with your display Utahcamper, in my case they determined that a full replacement was the best solution.

 

Dealer said they will order and change out the screen. Thanks for the update.

 

My wife’s 2023 sequoia has the same issue. Has an appointment with the dealership Saturday.

 

It's never coming back

 

Had my head unit replaced today. Could not load my account and nav would not work. Went back to dealership to complain. Found out that the tech needs to program the new unit to the truck's vin. Just make sure to check it completely before leaving. Other than that, new unit is working well.

 

How long did it take for your new head unit to come in?

 

Two days. Parts dept told me the unit list at $6900 retail. I then said I will trade my truck before three years.

 

Geez! Well at least they got it quick. I’m still waiting on my extra key. Bought my truck 4 months ago‍♂️
