Same. I’m 30k into the kO2’s and I’m looking at anything that won’t be terrifying in the rain.

Faulkin seems to have found a sweet spot between wear, noise and traction. I used to use coopers but they just seemed to wear out really quick. I also ran Hankooks for a while and really liked them but they got loud after about 1/2 tread wear.

Mine flat spot. It goes away fairly quickly. It was worse before I knew what pressure they needed. Once I made the adjustment on my LT rated tires to 40-45 lbs, it’s better but still there. It is not bothersome at all because it goes away so fast. For me it is a non issue based on over 2 years and 28k on them.

I have the KO2 on my 2020 2WD and they have performed great in wet weather (we've had a lot of rain in SA lately). Not a single situation of sliding or peeling out from a stop. I wonder why you've experienced such a different situation?

Love mine! Tire Rack reviews love them too. Odd seeing a couple of y'all on here having different experiences. Luckily there's no shortage of good options for our trucks!

I'm good with these Wildpeaks. They ride like butter and cut through water puddles like nothin I've seen.

I like the extensive analysis done by Tire Rack. For those tires with at least 1M miles, looks like Falken WildPeak A/T3W is the best bet regardless of price. With 28M miles, the KO2 has the most robust data (former analyst here). I was able to get my KO2s for less than $300 per tire ($1,300 total after fees/tax). Wet performance is quite comparable for the top tires in this category. An AT tire simply won't have the same wet performance as an All Season tire.

If I could have gotten them the same day and for the price I paid for the BFGs, I would have gone with WildPeaks too.

I just bought the Vredestein Pinza AT from TireRack, only 500 miles on them but very happy so far. Very quiet for an AT, much quieter than grandson’s Coopers, slightly firmer ride to be expected going from a 116 to a 120 something LT rating. Price was $1210 delivered and installed with a Hunter RoadForce balance, lifetime rotations. TR says there #1 in class, we will see. I did do about 50 miles on snow, packed snow and ice in very steep terrain in Sierras and they were excellent, much better’s than the OEM Michelins they replaced.

That's actually why I DO like Tire Rack. They have reviews from actual users and you can filter by similar vehicles. With a data set of 28M, there was no shortage of input from other Tundra owners.

Google it, could mean a lot of different things. We think we are free but we're not.

Vredestein has been making tires in Europe for over 100 years, I became familiar with them as they were popular among the sports car crowd in the 1960s, before there was anyone other than Michelin making radial tires. Also made quality bicycle tires. I think they were Czech. This is their first venture in North American market with truck tires.

I'm anxious to see how the new KO3 performs once it comes out. I'll be waiting on reviews.
