New tailights need help!

I'm trying to but new taillights and i was wondering can all non double cab first gens have interchangeable taillights. I wanna get these taillights on Amazon they look like they'd fit but I'm not sure if they slightly changed the design between the years. i have 2002 tundra limited and I'm trying to see if these fit.

Yes, access cab and regular cab taillights are compatible across all years.
I got Depo in the later style (like you posted) for my ‘03 from Rock Auto, they cost more than those but Depo’s a more reputable brand as far as I’m concerned, although those have decent reviews and are super cheap, might be worth trying.
Of course I shut the tailgate on a bungee cord a couple months later and broke the corner on one :-(

 

Second for Depo lights. And you won't find them on scAmazon, becuase scAmazon only feeds you garbage 1-off brands.

I'd recommend picking your lights up on RockAuto. They'll have a good selection. Buy CAPA certified lights if you can, they'll be clearly marked with the "CAPA" designation. This is just your insurance that they'll last at least 4-5 years without problems. Depo is solid, so are Eagle Eyes and potentially TYC.

The earlier years have an orange blinker, the ones you show are from a later model RC/AC truck. If you switch up to those, you'll need to make some small wiring changes before it's plug-and-play. I can't recall the changes, I haven't done the swap, but others have.

 

I can’t recall for sure, but I think the Depos were plug and play for me going from the older style light to the new one… if there was any change it must have been minor because I didn’t have any issues and the swap went quick.

If you go to buy from Rock Auto just put in a later model year (like 2005) and it’ll show you the updated styles.
