Thinking about installing rear sway bar. I see a lot of comments on improvements with handling, etc. That’s pretty appealing to me.

Background: 2011 Tundra with a 3” lift, 35’s, and airbags. I sometimes get “comments” from the fam that the ride is rough, so I tend to keep the bags between 5-10 psi and tires at 36 psi.

I tow and haul pretty regularly (and air up the bags and tires if I tow/haul heavy).

I also live on a steep, windy, gravel road that gets pretty rough and washboarded through the year.

With all that in mind, any opinions on if getting the sway bar is a good idea?

50/50, depends on what you're looking for. I've had one on for about a decade now. Does help with taking them California rolling stop right turns pretty quickly. I'd say go for it, ride is rough stock anyway, and I'm mainly stock, my kids just got use to it. If I really wanted a feathered ride I'd get a Lexus

The sway bar will not change the rough ride. It will make it handle a lot better.
