Console Safe Box

I just recently bought this 2021 Tundra. It came with a console safe box. Safe was set at 0-0-0-0, but I have notice that the dial won't even turn. Pin hole in a position to hard to push paperclip through it. I have notified dealer and they are trying to contact previous owner but nothing yet. How can I figure this out. Nothing seems to give.

 

Do you know or can tell who the manufacturer of the console safe box? If so maybe reach out to them for help.

I believe all of those are aftermarket.

If you drill through the center of the lock, you should be able remove it and then replace the lock with something off of Amazon or from the maker of the vault.
