New Tundra owner

Greetings all,
I recently bought a 2008 Tundra SR5 Crewmax 5.7 4x4 with 240k miles for a 3rd vehicle, tootling around town, hauling dirt, rocks, mulch, whatever else the wife wants

Had some tires that were not long for this world so got that fixed but I noticed when braking going downhill the rotors seemed to be maybe warped.

I am wanting to replace but not brake the bank (pun intended)

Are OEM brakes and rotors the best deal going for all 4 wheels? I can get from a couple places including local dealer for a hair under $500, just brakes and rotors. Any aftermarket kits good for around that money or less without sacrificing any quality?


Also the back window was shattered by the previous owner and when they put a new one in the trim around it seems to pop back up after trying to push down, see picture below.
Any special way to fix or repair or just cough up the money for replacement? I can see a yellow tab with enough time, pops up.
