The cams indicate that you can't align it. There is no adjustment room to fix the caster and camber. Did you try to eyeball if camber is really as bad as the numbers say? Did you measure the axle to fender distance to see how much lift you have?

The steering wheel going crazy indicates that something is loose... or you have a tire or balance in really bad shape.

I can’t quite tell about the camber. I definitely don’t see anything that stands way way out. I did measure the suspension. I forget the total measurements, but my driver side is about 1/2 inch lower than my passenger side. Both my coilovers are at the lowest possible position, so either my passenger side somehow went up, or something’s really screwed up on the driver side. I doubt the gas tank would pull the left side down that far?

Hopefully I can get out on the HW in the next couple of days to see if my steering wheel is still crazy. I haven’t noticed anything since the most recent alignment.

If their equipment readout is correct. This would rule out shop error before real cost measures begin. You should be able to see a camber with those numbers but he's saying it appears straight. I'd confirm before moving on

Also, your 1/2" lower measurement on the driver's side is common. If they set the collars even on both sides rather than favoring the driver's side, it will lean.

I haven’t taken my truck into a shop yet- but I was looking under and discovered that my tie rod is hitting my coilover. They barely come into contact when I’m turned on flat ground, but the second I hit a bump it looks like they’ll hit even more. That action is exactly where I’ve noticed issues- turning and bumps. Here are some photos.

So, gonna be fun figuring all this out…
