    I saw a post on a tundra Facebook group Toyota “updated” their parts website. I logged on and wow does it appear to not be as user friendly as before.

    Also, for my area at least, there’s several dealerships that are no longer listed when you search by zip code and the map. I don’t know if that’s due to the “update” but overall it seems it’s a downgrade imo.

    My thoughts as well, the new pictures when you find the right one look great. Otherwise it feels like windows 10 all over again..

    I was on there last night looking for rear brake parts.
    It’s horrible!
    Hopefully it’s an ongoing update that will get better with time.

    Yup, I was searching with valid part numbers when the change first happened and zero results every time. No matter which p/n format I used.

    I mean, it's on Toyota. If they don't mind the loss of business, I'm sure they're losing tens of thousands in revenue daily for every day it's down. Assuming they even realize the shit is down! :rofl:
