When I have my phone hooked up to Bluetooth so I can take hands free calls through the truck, and turn the truck off, it kills the BT calls and sends them back to my phone. The call doesn't end, just the ability to talk through the radio/speakers.

My much older F-250 and F-150 prior never did this. If I did not open the doors, the radio wouldn't time out for 10 minutes and the active call could continue as long as needed. Once you hung up after the 10 min point if you were just sitting in the truck on the phone, you would need to turn your ignition back to on to "reactivate" the BT option, which would also turn radio/screen back on, despite the truck never being started again.

I can't find anything here or in the Tundra owner's manual about a setting I can change to allow the truck radio and/or Bluetooth calls to remain on once you've parked and shut your truck off. Does anyone know if this is possible and how to change that setting? I'm on the phone constantly so this is becoming a multiple time per day issue.

    Thanks for reading.

Thanks. This does work for me but it feels strange to shut the truck off in drive. Although the Parking brake comes on so I guess its ok while the call is finishing. Hopefully, there are other solutions to this problem as with many states passing hands free laws I'm not the only one dealing with calls cutting out.

    Appreciate the reply.

It bothers me as well, but it's way better than MB E350 that kills the call when you turn off the engine.
