Hey 2.5 Gen owners ... Does anyone have the Trail Edition and can you confirm if those storage bins are easily detached?

Yup. Remove the rails and a couple of bolts inside each bin and they come right out.

Thanks guys. I thought I cancelled this thread and didn’t post it. Guess that didn’t work. Found some other posts and vids about this.
Not sure if the trail edition is worth the same cost as the off road trim (or sport) - I’m seeing used trucks similar mileage all for sale around the same cost plus or minus a few hundred dollars.
I prob won’t be off roading with it, most roads and the occasional beach and fire/trail roads.
But the trail editions look nice. I’m all ears …..

I just posted up in your other thread. The trail edition had several items that i liked over the other trims - dark gray wheels, mostly color matched trim, and bed liner - that other trims don't have.

Thanks! Appreciate the reply and input. I agree they look unique and nice.
trying to sort this out … dealers aren’t budging much on prices. Might come down to that. Plus which color I’ll like long term. Trying to keep this truck a loooong time

I like the trail edition dark gray wheels. (a little different than black wheels) I found a set of take offs and put them on my Sequoia until I get my new wheels. I actually like the look and may end up keeping them.
