I’ve been searching parts catalogs for 2 days.

Does anyone know the name or part number for these little rubber bumpers?

    side note…

Anyone with a decent 6’ bed for a first gen within a few hundred miles on Cincinnati?

While “nipples” and “nubbins” certainly produced interesting search results it doesn’t appear that’s the Toyota name…

You have to Google "Toyota Frame Nipples." Otherwise, you get non-Toyota Nipples.

My 2002 access cab did not have those when I pulled the bed.

I would try "locators." Or call a dealership with a parts counter, and provide them pictures of your nipples

Also, tell you need a water pump gasket for a Tacoma. Tell them the last place gave you the wrong one. Ask them to describe the shape of it to you to ensure you are given the correct one. LOL.

My guess is that they were used for production to help locate the bed during assembly so not a replaceable part.

That's the name of the actual body mounts used for the cab.

I dug for about 10 mins earlier, checking every body, frame and subframe assembly in the parts system. I can't find the damn things either. I suspect Rod is correct.
