2018 Tundra Crewmax 4x4. Has anyone ever looked up the differential fluid requirements for our trucks. I ask because I was looking for a suitable replacement for Toyotas 75w85. I have some Redline in the diffs currently. I came across Chevrons 75w85 for use in Daimler Chrysler and Freightliners. It has a service life of or upto 500k miles OTH and 300k miles for off highway use. I also know I’m talking to different types of vehicles axles but couldn’t you simply let the fluid go longer anyways? So I have to ask myself what is up with the 30k mile change interval? Manual says 60k but dealer says 30k. So much damn money and time wasted. I do my own service anyways but I just wonder about it.

Red Line is a top level fluid. I'm running it and plan to for 100,000 miles minimum. I think you've already got the best Jeffroski.

But those of us that need a 75W for the transfer case (2013 and up) are still going to have to go OEM or Ravenol? I didn't see anything from Red line for 75W.

The OEM fluid is engineered specifically for Toyota. Amsoil makes the best oil. I would stick to OEM.
