Heat coming from around/under steering wheel

    2013 Tundra TRD
    I have a 13 tundra and have been noticing heat seeping through the steering wheel adjustment lever and around that general area. Heat is not on and temp setting is all the way on cold. Though maybe engine heat was coming up column but after looking that doesn’t seem possible. Anyone ever experience this?
