Is this a throttle cut or some engine hesitation?

So today I’m driving my truck around town. I made a tight right turn due to traffic and spacing. My traction control kicked in and felt like the throttle was being cut and (there was rocks and a little sand). Then I’m the first at the light and took off once it turned green. As I was going through the intersection I felt a slight hiccup/hesitation but this time the traction control light didn’t come on. Im trying to figure out if it was a throttle cut or actual hesitation.

By the way, everything went back to normal after I went through the intersection. I’m trying to figure out possibilities of it acting weird when going through the intersection

It seems to have this issue when going through a bumpy intersection

Sounds about right for a traction control situation. Very brief activations may not have the TC light come on.

TC activating in a rough intersection may indicate that it’s time for new shocks, depending on how rough it really is, and how hard you’re pushing it. Overinflated, unevenly inflated, or worn tires won’t help either.

My 07 Tundra did something similar once about 2 years ago and hasn't happened since.

Is the truck stock height/tires or lifted?

Traction control will cut throttle, sometimes until 2-3 seconds after the slipping stops if it's a lot of spin
