Do you want to adjust seat / No contacts found

Two quick questions?
Why does the infotainment system keep asking if I want to adjust my seat?

I know dealer downloaded my phone, yet if I say Toyota call Albert it says you have no contacts listed. However if I use android I have no problem? What am I doing wrong?

 

There are several posts dealing with this ......it seems that possibly your Dealer didn't prep your memory seats. I copied the possible fix from another member, just do the following


1. Run front seat all the way forward
2. Run seat all the way backward
3. Run seat all the way up
4. Run seat all the way down
Then set location of your preference. Press SET. Press #1 or #2 as you prefer.

I believe that the infotainment will access your phone's contacts if you are connected via bluetooth. However, if you are connected via android auto (or Carplay) you need to use that instead. I don't know if there is a way to have the Hey Toyota or steering wheel buttons tap into the AA or CP?
