Doing an interior LED upgrade I think I blew a fuse. I'm kind of a big guy, so standing on my head with a flashlight and tweezers isn't my style. I noticed a nut that looks to be holding that fuse panel in place. If I remove that nut, will it make access easier, like let that little panel free float a little? I searched here and didn't see a clear answer.

    No.
The main ECU is housed in that assembly, and there's a shit-ton of wiring connectors going into it from multiple directions. And it's got multiple mount points, not just one.

Best bet if you can't work your self up into there upside down is to try using an inspection mirror or your phone or ipad in "selfie" mode laying on the floor mat so you can see on the screen what is up there.
