Looking for the same. I did get installed a Sierra Wireless MP70 and running an active SIM in there now. Works great for passengers and for my tablet when I'm deep backcountry. I didn't mention that it works great for my personal cell because connecting to the wifi will kill the connection to the wireless car play which sucks. If anyone can figure out how to swap that sim in the OEM Headunit OR bypass it to an external device like a Sierra Wireless or Cradle Point that would be huge!
