Rear Seat Brackets

    Curious on your thoughts on this? When installing the ESP long box you have to replace the channel brackets under the seats. What is the purpose of the bolt toward the front of the cab? The only thing securing the rear seat is a bolt on the channel bracket toward the back of the cab. Why can’t you cut the bracket and just use the rear bolts to hold it in place? Seems to me that front bolt isn’t doing much of anything but alignment.
