    Hi All,

What should the expectations be for when the electric motor kicks in?

On my 23 Platinum it’s very inconsistent. Sometimes kicking in when starting from a stop other times nothing. It’s a powerful and smooth experience when it does kick in when accelerating, but it just seems random, and the battery never gets below 75% or so. Usually running in normal mode.

is it just supposed to be random or should the expectation be I get some juice from the electric motor on all starts?
