I'm assuming if it was that important someone would have mentioned it two months ago instead of waiting until 2 weeks before. I'm sure it will be fine that we don't have them.

For those with a million lights I'm curious where they are tapping into for power.

For sure, I think it’s just one of those topics that ran a bit. But, if you ever do get one you got some perspectives. Your brake lights could be out and I still would not run into you. I don’t drive where I can’t see. So I stop a lot.

I'm over here laughing because what you don't need is bonnet blasters. Not allowed on freeways, where they'd help you (or me, driving Hulk), and I'm pretty sure this band of yahoos will be too many in for night runs. :drunk:

I got the bonnet blaster mounts at a discount from a veteran owned and operated company in TX called Rago Fabrication. That was after I was given some round LEDs, for free from my old job, back in 2018, when I bought the tundra.

I am glad you're enjoying this thread as much as I am :D

Yes, followed by a gang of banshee quads. Although some won't say it aloud, to avoid conflict; nobody that rides a dirtbike ever enjoyed seeing quads out riding their areas, and far less a SxS. There are exceptions to every rule of course, but the vast majority SxS drivers have no idea and have never ridden or driven anything off pavement prior to financing a beast that will probably get repo'd or go to shit from lack of maintenance and interest. I have a friend that a SxS launched over a blind hill and landed on top of him while he was sitting on his bike
I am so god damn proud of you right now.
The battery silly... I've got 8 or 9 red positive wires, in variable sizes connected. Some go this way, some go that way, but they all hit a fuse, then a relay, which is wired to a switch. It just happened that way over time as a result of poor planning. The way to do it, is to run big wire to a distribution/fuse/relay box, and go from there. Eventually I'll be rewiring my stuff

@Vizsla whichever of those cali pods DJ doesn't snag, I'll grab from ya if still available

I'm stoked to finally wheel with other tundras and especially other 1GTs. It will be my first time. I usually wheel with a group that ranges from GX to LC/LX to Tacoma to Pickup/Hilux to 4Runner to FJC. But never another Tundra.

He did actually. He was life-flighted alongside his right arm that was successfully reattached, and had over 50 broken bones. If the dude wasn't a beast of a man....but he is. Paramedics couldn't believe he wasn't fainting from the shock. Induced coma for a week, bedridden almost a year, and on crutches for 2 1/2 years. The reason he was stopped was his family was trailing him and he was letting them catch up. So his wife and 2 kids watched it happen as they were approaching. Thanx for asking.

Crazy. Especially dangerous there when they're jumping right at the road in.

Not saying a quad couldn't have taken your buddy out too, but SXS seem to be most likely to take out innocent bystanders with their stupidity.
