Leg room front to back is limited for either. In 2017 I sat in a new gen Tacoma and was so disappointed in the leg room that it motivated me to look at the Tundra. I later got my 1st gen to play in the dirt, and the leg room for tall inseamed people sucks. But not as bad as that Tacoma. The track length and mounting is probably the same on both single and bench seats though. Modification required. Or you can get a later gen truck for more room.

My grandmother’s Hair Dressing chair from the 50s. Wonder if it’s worth anything on eBay.

I have the “both” side wiring I guess, is it litter just the difference between the two controllers that gets mounted in the engine bay?

It looks like a more complete setup with the breaker and everything. I just filled up my 8th switch spot

    Hell yeah! Looks awesome.

Every brewer do/does/have/will continue to do the same so I dunno why snowflakes have their pants in a bunch. Hate to break it to folks, but damn near every major beer company has done the exact same thing with their cans and sponsorship over the last 20 years, making this a really stupid trendy way to kill decent swill.

Tell y'll participating what - when y'all are ready to throw away your 1st Gen because Toyota, lemme know so I can come get it.

Amen. Not giving a damn about what others do if it's not hurting anyone else is what it's all about. But then again, I'm not 'woke af' or whatever the kids call it these days when you cancel brands. And with that, time to go crack a cold one...

Finally saw someone with one of these in my 'hood this week. He was cleaning it off, so not sure where he was running it. Didn't have time to stop and chat with him., but he lives like three blocks over so I may knock.

The one he's got definitely had fatter tires than yours did when you bought it. Both his tires looked just a little smaller than your rear.

Pulling this from the other thread to keep OT stuff in Lunch Table...

It just dawned on me while changing my oil today, with genuine OEM filters it shouldn't matter where you leave them. The can is actually covered with foil, so nothing like mold or mildew can infiltrate the filter media. You could pretty much leave this anywhere... just one more reason to buy OEM!

Decided to do a good deed for the day on Easter and take my mom for 1/2 mile walk since nobody else could deal with her. Took about an hour to get to my brother’s house since pokey could only shuffle along with the cane. She was happy so I treated her to a frosty later and called my dad to pick her her up since I knew she couldn’t make the trip back. It’s too bad I don’t live closer to make sure she gets her exercise. I don’t want to see her waste away to the point she can only move around the house in her debilitated state.

Speaking of oil, I was just about to pull the trigger on 2 x 5qt of oil at Advance Auto Parts when I realized the 20% off coupon wouldn't work for my oil. So I double-checked for deals. I noticed NAPA has a deal going on with Mobil1 where if you buy 10qt of oil, they'll give you a $25 prepaid CC gift card. I only had half a quart left, so I needed to buy 2x5qt anyway and figured "wtf?!" so I went and got 2x5qt + 1qt since quarts were only $7 for some reason (half off).

Anyway, if anyone uses Mobil1 like me and wants $25/off, and have a NAPA nearby, here's the info you'll need. OH - AND THE WEBSITE IS WRONG! Or at least it didn't work for me as written there. You can redeem by going here: https://mobilpromotions.us/NAPAreward/

Took my Mom to the bank. Was going to take her in Dads car, but it had a flat. I'm rather amazed she was able to get up into my truck, I have trouble getting in - LOL. Oh well, she did it with the aid of her cane & my cupped hands acting like a side step. But yeah, they go slow. By the time we got home from the bank someone had come & changed the tire on Dad's car - I'm assuming AAA & we know how long they take to show up.

My pops isn’t super duper old, late 70’s, but he walks like a senile old man around Ala Moana most mornings from 5-6 am. Usually that’s when he makes all his calls to the East and West coast people like me. Apparently it’s genetic as my grandfather did the same around his neighborhood after he got too old to drive. I’m betting by the time it’s my turn we will have robot companions.

My wife's grandfather was similar, only he'd walk across the neighborhood to the local grocery store, and alternate between talking to the employees and sitting on a bench to watch people. All day long.

Yeah, I don't think its that big of a deal. It seems dumb, but so are most things culturally these days. Some marketing departments might be a little off target, but that's between them and the stockholders. Might be a little different giving away a truck you own, compared to not giving a beer company you have a problem with your future business. But I'm sure you know that. Compared to all the grooming of children going on, this doesn't even move the needle for me.

I don't have a dog in that fight, I don't even like lite beers, just craft beers. But if you got beer, I'll damn suredrink it. What does ruffle me wrong, scapegoating is a classic distraction tool used to divert people's attention away from other really nasty stuff. You used the "g" word. You wanna find real groomers, look at the folks who are actively killing laws against child marriage. Folks with way more money than you and me are also leveraging this sensational cancel-crap to make millions on the stock market when gains and drops happen in response to the contrived outrage. It's a farce. And a lot of good people are getting fooled right now because the propaganda machine (media) is chooglin' at full speed ahead.

But that's the last I'll say on that. There's way more under the surface than what's apparent.

I keep considering one of these for my side by side. All my switch areas are occupied and I'd like to add another thing or two in the future. Just hate the thought of having to redo everything that's already wired as is.
