Good Rainy afternoon everyone. Well a few weeks ago a buddy noticed a bulge on the side wall of my driver's front tire. So I took the truck to discount tire a few days later to get them checked out. Turns out the tire sidewall was failing causing a slow leak, discount warranted out the tire at 100% $296, Micheiln LTX AT2 275x70r18, the set had 48,xxx miles and had one that was worn down to the wear bar. At the time they didn't have any Micheilns in stock, so I asked about the Pirelli Scorpion AT plus, luckly they had 4 in stock. I then remembered seeing them on Amazon for $210 a tire and asked if they'd price match, from $290 to $210. I had to purchase 4 warrantees, and three tires. The total was right at a grand out the door. So far I've put 400 miles on them, and they perform Fantastic, in the rain they are much better than the Micheilns were when new let alone now. They are great at the ranch and pull through light mud and much without any problems at all, they are quite on the HWY and hopefully stay that way.
So I think I did pretty well. Pic because everyone loves pictures.

Nice looking tires, discount tire consistently seem to good to deal with for warranty claims.
