Can you install a 2007 Tundra JBL GPS system in a 2010 Tundra without JBL GPS and are there any wiring adapters for existing plugs on 2010 Tundra if possible to install system ?

This is far, far more difficult than it would appear. There are some modules and harnesses that aren't all that easy to add and this can get pretty expensive and difficult for installing GPS tech that is 10+ years old.

Instead I would look at a Dasaita or another Tundra-specific shaped Android radio to get what you need without the hassle.

    Better off going aftermarket HU

I just went the aftermarket route with a Alpine 650 (with out piggy, all ready had a 4 channel amp) but it uses Android auto and apple car play for GPS.
all of the OEM premium stuff is pita to work with and only likes to talk to other OEM stuff like the OEM AMP, If you have all the stereo stuff including harness and amp and speakers it won't be to hard. not sure if the OEM navi uses a subscription for updates or not and you don't get speed trap reports or construction or crashes like with using google maps or apple maps.

I could some help and insight. My stereo stops playing when I just turn the key off without opening any doors. It use to keep playing until I opened a door, or it would shut down after a few minutes of playing without opening a door. Now as soon as turn the key off, the stereo shuts off. Any ideas? Thanking you in advance, Anthony
